Repair tracking panel
A Rails app that tracks device repairs across company branches and their shipping: statuses, archive, shipment tracking and Excel export.
Problem
Repairs taken in at several branches were tracked in spreadsheets and e-mails. Nobody had the full picture of what was in the workshop and what was in transit.
Solution
A Ruby on Rails web panel: every repair has a status, a branch and a history, and shipments have their own tracking view. Data can be exported to Excel at any time.
